After having seen Mark Camp in action with the sales of three houses totaling over two million dollars, we wanted to record our experiences with him.
We met Mark in early 2007, when we were house-hunting in Midtown. We found a great house on 4th Street and Mark was the selling agent. He helped us through a complicated closing process, since the house had already been bought by a relocation company and the rules made it difficult to close the sale. We’ve been in the house for a year now and couldn’t be happier.
We listed our house in Brookwood Hills in January 2007. In September, in the worst residential real estate market in Atlanta in decades, we asked Mark to take a look. His marketing proposal included advice from several members of his Prudential team, which demonstrated his ability to get help from his professional network. He gave us excellent guidance about how to better present the house and we re-listed it with him in October 2007.
Even though it’s difficult to sell a house over Christmas, Mark began an energetic marketing campaign and generated a great deal of traffic to the house. We were especially pleased with the mix of old and new…classic advertising and open houses, plus an aggressive use of the Internet and database marketing. One visiting couple began showing interest after New Years and Mark began focusing on them as potential purchasers.
This couple was selling a house in Morningside without representation and they needed to close that sale before buying ours. Mark went above and beyond by advising this couple at no charge, talking them through their closing process and ensuring that their sale went smoothly. They put an offer on our Brookwood Hills house and we proceeded to a painless closing in February of this year.
So…we’ve seen Mark from both the buy and the sell side and we remain thoroughly impressed. His professionalism, his energy and his accessibility were exactly what we needed in both of our transactions and we’d cheerfully recommend him for anyone considering listing a property in Atlanta. If you are looking for a realtor who makes you at ease, who listens to exactly what your needs are, and who knows the Atlanta market, then Mark Camp is the realtor for you.
We are not from the Atlanta area, so we had been searching on line for a condo convenient to Emory for our daughter. On our first weekend trip to Atlanta, we scheduled viewings of several properties. At one of these viewings we found that we didn't like the condo or its location, but we did like the realtor that met us at the property......Mark.

"I am writing to recommend Mark Camp as a most effective and honest realtor. I relocated to metro Atlanta two years ago. I had never been to the Atlanta area before and this would be my first home purchase. I worked with Mark Camp exclusively to find a new home.
